Let’s become strangers

so when it hurts I don’t blame you.

Strangers; so that grudges would mean nothing

Strangers; so that I don’t feel more foolish

What’s real and what’s not does make sense then

Love can fade away though it cannot vanish.

Let’s just be two strangers passing the bridge with love in our hearts crossing paths smiling at each other and not those unknown lovers together holding hands and yet feeling afar.
